Writing content
Content written throughout the design and life of a product is a valuable source of information for your employees and customers.
Technical writing is a discipline in itself. You have to adapt to the reader’s level of understanding and needs.
Technical writing covers the entire life of the product and is based on existing content, targeted information gathering or analysis of design documents.
Our technical writers are native speakers of French and English. They have solid technical and linguistic training.
This allows them to integrate seamlessly into your teams to impact them as little as possible.
They write in a clear, concise and targeted manner. This is done while respecting a rigorous approach to content reuse and compliance with norms and standards.
If there’s one skill to remember about a professional technical writer, it’s that they can save up to 80% on the time it takes to write targeted content.
This content can then be used in sales communication, training, internal assembly instructions, user documents and after-sales service.
Publications
We follow and sometimes anticipate our clients’ requests. Often, all or part of a content needs to be published in a printable PDF document as well as in a web format.
It’s a huge time saver to be able to use the same content source in different publications without having to copy or adapt it manually.
To do this, different options are possible. Either by creating content in adapted and structured formats, which requires upstream work, or by implementing tools that can extract information and format it in different ways.
Our approach is to analyze the content and the final media in their entirety. Then, we determine the most complex medium, such as a high quality print with careful layout, to define formats and adapted tools.
When the work is done upstream and the content is structured in a flexible and adapted format, publication becomes easy. Nevertheless, where computer tools are imperative, the eye of a knowledgeable professional remains indispensable.
Our clients’ image is at stake.
3D & illustrations
The design of a product is intimately linked to CAD tools. These assemblies (Solidworks, Inventor) are essential for the realization of the components, the search for subcontractors.
They are also a cutting-edge asset for explaining and training.
When used properly, this content allows the creation of visuals for sales through high quality renderings. It should also be used to explain how to assemble, commission, use/maintain a product and finally identify exactly which component needs to be replaced.
Assembly photographs and operating videos are advantageously replaced by detailed exploded views and realistic 3D animations that are perfectly calibrated and targeted.
